I got home after a long day and discovered it was 85 degrees and our vents were blowing hot air. I called All About AC and Samantha got me on the schedule ASAP. They were at my house in no time. The ac tech Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, inspected our unit, and discovered that the capacitor was bad. My Ac stop cooling on Sunday at 4 am. I called All about AC at noon. Josh got to our home at 4 pm. He was amazing. Explained everything had our Ac running with in 5 minutes. He double check every thing before he left.

After working with quite a few A/C and heating companies over the years, I’ve learned that service can range from acceptable to…memorable for the wrong reasons. That’s why it’s refreshing to share a genuinely positive experience with All About A/C & Heating.

From day one, Samantha, the owner, has been attentive, responsive, and fully committed to making sure our needs were met. The installation team—Fabian, Isaac, and Josh— brought there professional Ethos bringing a level of professionalism and craftsmanship  that’s hard to come by this day and age. They showed up ready to work, paid attention to every detail, and took real pride in doing the job right the first time.

This wasn’t a small job either—they handled a full overhaul. The team removed our old A/C and heating system, including the copper line and compressor, and completed a clean, efficient installation of the new system. On top of that, they installed blown insulation, which has already made a noticeable difference in overall comfort and efficiency.

And here’s the bonus: their pricing was extremely competitive—outperforming most companies across a three-county area without cutting corners.

As a retired Bexar County official and United States Air Force veteran, I don’t make recommendations lightly. All About AC installed a mini-split air conditioner.  The arrived on time and even the boss was there!  They did a great job.  The inside unit is really unobtrusive and sleek-looking and is Very quiet.  It produces very cool air.  We love it!  Thank you All About AC!
